My job brings happiness. The moment a client walks in a house and knows it's "the one". Sitting at the closing table, with clients that "won" the house during a tough, low inventory market. Waiting in the parking lot (Covid restrictions) knowing your seller is happy at the closing table. It's about getting the deal done, make it happen. Now there's no surprise when a house pops up, we meet right away and I'm in gardening or tennis gear. Murphy's Law.
